What would you do if your spouse denies you sex?

A worried neighbour recently confided in me thus: “My husband and I have not had sex in 4 months, and in the last 18 months, we've had it only four times.

I've tried talking to him about it, but he gives flimsy excuses. Our last conversation on the issue left me hurt, angry and devastated.

I don't know how long this is going to go on, but I miss the intimate moments we shared. I might end up looking for a sexual relationship elsewhere”.

Sex is very important in marriage because it is a gift given to a man and his wife for their pleasure. This gift if neglected or under utilized can stunt the growth of any marital relationship. A common marital problem is that of a husband or wife denying each other sex.

The reason a husband or wife would deny their spouse sex could be anything like anger, distrust, tiredness and so on. If you were in this ladies shoes, what would you do?
